    Description

There are a lot of choices out there when it comes to front end parts. There are numerous manufacturers on each part and some are priced very, very low. We do not like the quality of many of these discount parts and do not like selling them when we don't like using them on our own cars. We feel we can stand behind these quality products shown here.

    KIT includes:
    (2) Lower Control Arms, (2) Upper Control Arms, (2) Outer Tie Rods, (2) Inner Tie Rods, (1) Idler Arm,
    (2) Spring Perches.

If you have a 1967 you will need to purchase 68-73 strut rod arms. Click here to see the 1967 Stock alignment verses reproduction alignment.

A nice reproduction. Painted black. Ready to install. Includes correct castle nut. Required to install reproduction front end rebuild kit on a 1967.

This stuff gets my highest grades - installing it all is not for the casual Cougar guy. But I was impressed with the thought evident in picking the components ( a blend of mostly USA and one or two Taiwan (ROC, not the Chicoms). I have to say I'm pretty happy!

These are just as shown (good looking) and complete. I even see 90 degree zerks for the UCA. Can't wait (well, I'll wait until Monday when the rains stop to start exercising my matching spring compressor and getting everything refreshed -

This is a nice kit. Looks great once it is in and solves a lot of wandering cat problems on the road. I highly recommend this if you have the stock front end still. Cleans it up very nicely.

    Question
This front end rebuild kit has been out of stock for quite some time. Are there plans to stock this item or should I just try to piece part it together?

    Answer
    WCCC Admin Answered:
This kit is out of stock because the manufacturer is backordered on the Premium Power Steering Idler Arm (Part # 26715). We have those on order, but do not have an eta at this time.

Why am I being warned about potential exposure to chemicals in motor vehicle parts?

    • Some chemicals in motor vehicle parts are on the Proposition 65 list because they can cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
    • When purchasing USED or NOS items, we do not know if listed chemicals are present in these products.
    • This product is known to contain the following listed chemicals:
