    You can use 1968 up to 1973 lower control arms on a 1967 only if you change the strut rod to the 1968 - 1970 style. We have the strut rods available in both new and used form.

    Replaces Ford part #: C8OZ-3078-A. Sold individually, right is the same as left.

    *NOTE* The Cougar only, 1967 only, lower control arm is not available in reproduction form but you can rebuild the originals so do not throw away your cores as they may prove to be valuable one day. Mustang never used the articulated strut rod so a 1967 Mustang lower control arm will not fit your Cougar. If you want to install this 1968-73 lower control arm on your 1967 Cougar you will have to purchase the corresponding 68-73 strut rods.
