Used Spring Sleeve Cap for the 1967 - 1973 Mercury Cougar / 1967 - 1973 Ford Mustang 

Used sleeve for fixed steering wheel. Special molded rubber sleeve that holds the bearing in place.  Ford part # D1AZ-3518 or E2AZ-3518

Used lateral or side bracket for mounting the steering column to the instrument panel on any 1972-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Hooped support bracket only, there is also a large main bracket that is also needed. Tilt and fixed steering columns. Bracket also used on 1971 full sized Ford and Mercury cars.  Ford part number D1AZ-3B139-A.

Used bracket for mounting the steering column to the instrument panel on any 1972-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Main bracket only, there is also a hooped support bracket that is also needed. Tilt and fixed steering columns. Bracket also used on 1971 full sized Ford and Mercury cars.  Ford part number D1AZ-3676-A.

Used wiring harness retainer bracket for mounting the steering column bracket, on any 1973 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Retainer only, many of these are missing. Probably not missed, limited to stock on hand. Basic Ford part number 14A163.

Used flat headed stove bolt and nut, for attaching the two steering column mounting brackets together. Brackets for mounting the steering column to the instrument panel on any 1972-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Two needed per installation, sold individually. This is a 3/8-16 square neck bolt and nut. Ford part number 384527-S2.

Used lower steering column mounting bracket at firewall, for any 1971-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Rubber seal will need to be replaced, see related items for rubber seal.  Ford part number D1ZZ-65017A50-A.

Used upper steering column shaft for a fixed steering column on the 1971-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. As shown, will need retainer clips and various C-clips and or Snap rings. Inspected for good threads for attaching the steering wheel. About 21-3/8 inches long. Starting in 1970, Ford had a "nail" type head. Ford part number D1ZZ-3524-A.
