    Description

Replaces Ford part # C9OZ-8146-A. This is a quality, made in America reproduction made from the original Ford tooling. This is for the 24" radiator found on Mustang, Torino and Cougar with AC or for Cougars that need extra cooling capabilities beyond what the 20" radiator / shroud can deliver.

NOTE: This shroud will fit on the 67, but will only work on small block Cougars that have been retrofitted with a 1968 - 1969 24" small block radiator and mounts.

I bought the shroud for the 24” aluminum radiator. Fits pretty good. There is a 1/4-3/8” gap across the top and the bottom. It doesn’t rest against the radiator, only down the sides. I watched the video several times and I think it’s the same so I hav white correct shroud.

This is a nice replacement shroud. It is not an exact reproduction but much stronger(thicker material)then the repro I bought 15 years ago. It fit perfectly with the C8OE-B big block fan on a 1967 XR7 with a 24 inch radiator upgrade.

We have a 1959 Mercury Park Lane Cruiser that used to run warm in cruising and slow traffic, after watching Don´s video and taking a few measurements, I ordered this and it fitted very well in the car. No problems with running warm so far and the quality is excellent.
Getting parts for the 1959 model means that one has to be creative and try to find parts from other models, and this worked out beautifully

Why am I being warned about potential exposure to chemicals in motor vehicle parts?

    • Some chemicals in motor vehicle parts are on the Proposition 65 list because they can cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
    • When purchasing USED or NOS items, we do not know if listed chemicals are present in these products.
    • This product is known to contain the following listed chemicals:
