A = Excellent / Above Average
B = Average / Some flaws / Good to Excellent Driver Quality
C = Obvious flaws / Poor to Average Driver Quality
D, E, F = Worse, Worser, Worsest

This factory applied paint daub was to remind the line worker that this side was the passenger side.
The bolt measures 11 1/2" long total width and the spacer measures 7" long. These are both longer than what you would find on a 1970 Mustang.
The width of this plate is 7 7/8" at its widest part.
