This is a much better quality part then what you see offered elsewhere. 1970 is the only year 69-73 that Mustang and Cougar column covers interchange. You will need to paint this part to match your interior. Clips temporarily not available from supplier. No clips included at this time.

Quality reproduction lower column cover for the 69 Cougar.  Grommet sold separate. NOTE* This is not a Mustang part, the Mustang version is similar but has no upper mounting holes.

Used steel lower dash panel for all 1969 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with factory air conditioning. This is a bolt in dash section, ships bare, no brackets included. The easiest way to identify a 69 lower dash from a 70 is that the square cutout for the steering column measures 6 3/8" wide on the 69 and 7" wide on the 1970. Grade A used no pitting no extra holes. Replaces Ford part number C9ZZ-6504320-D.

They do not have the perforated speaker holes for those utilizing kick panel speakers so if speaker holes are needed you will have to use your old panels as a template to drill holes in these "Mustang" reproductions.
