When fully assembled you will notice that this year P/S pump has an offset fitting for the pressure hose on the back of the reservoir. 1970 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 351W or 351C, and Boss 302 engines. *Note - Your power steering pulley has to be removed and reinstalled on these pumps.

Used grade "B" rear courtesy / opera light lens for the Mercury Cougar. Opera lights were came as standard equipment on all XR7 Cougars, but were installed on many decor and standard level Cougar interiors. These units will have a few "warts" which show up as pitting in the chrome and may also have some minor cracking in the lens. This restored three spoke, rim blow steering wheel was used on all Cougars 1970-73 except the Cougars equipped with standard interior or on rare occasion the 1973 Cougars that came with the rare 2 spoke leather wrapped wheel. The Cougars equipped with standard interior used a two spoke wheel with the horn button located in the center pad. If you choose to send in a core for exchange it will need to be a clean one as we will not restore steering wheels that have huge cracks, severe UV damage or...

Used Two Spoke Steering Wheel Pad for the 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Grade B pads will have minor scuffs and scratches and will need to be repainted. Keep in mind that the pad pictured is just a reference photo and not the actual color you will receive.  Leave a note in the comments section of your order and we will try our best to match your color.

Perfect condition with no fading, scratches or dents. When the emblem is pulled, you will see minimal difference between the area that has been covered for decades and the area that has been exposed. Very rare find indeed!

A grade pad has not shrunk to the point that the center section will not fit well, it will not be curling and overall will be pliable. We rarely have more than a couple colors on hand but if you state your preference in the comments section we will try to accommodate.

Good used (but not perfect) wheel ready to bolt on as is and use on your daily driver. Will show some degree of minor separation on the wood-grain to colored portion of the wheel and at least one crack.
