New internal speedometer gear fits 4 speed toploader transmissions. The largest number of 4 speed toploaders came stock with this gear. Replaces Ford Part #: C4DZ-17285-A.

D0ZZ-7519-A Good used pedal but these pedals will no doubt show some wear around the clutch rod holes. Three and four speed pedals are all the same. Mustang is the same too.

This clips affixes the plastic speedometer gear to the cable. Some have found that this OEM original clip fits a little better than the reproduction we offer. *Trivia* Did you know the first Cougar cast for production in 1968 was this "Custom Cougar"? This fine example was offered up on ebay summer 2008 for a mere $6500.

The only Cougar that we know came factory equipped with this part is the Cobra Jet. According to the Master Parts Catalog (MPC), any Cougar with a 3.91 or 4.11 rear end and a C-6 would have been equipped with this reducer. This is a part that we will probably never have on hand, but would love to document. This is a good used speedometer cable from a 1969 - 1970 Mercury Cougar with a FMX transmission. The cable housing has no burns and the fragile plastic squeeze clip that fastens it to the back of the speedometer is not broken. Keep in mind that some 1970 models use a two part cable. This cable will work in place of the two part cable seen on some 1970 cars. This cable measures 58 1/2" at its very most outer ends.

This rod is unique to 1970 because it was the first year of the lock out rod. Very hard to come by when you consider there was no 390 option for 1970. Notice this rod features two different part numbers. Adjustable rod that connects the floor shifter to the big block C-6 automatic transmissions. C6 transmissions only, code "U" on your door data plate tag. 428 Cobra Jet engines were the only Cougar engines to receive the C-6 automatic transmission. Ford called this part a 'sleeve'. Attaches to the lower shifter arm with a hitch pin. Has nice bushing, with correct nut, washer, and pin. The 1967/68 and 1969/73 versions are identical. Factory transmission support bracket for use on all 1967 - 1970 Cougars with 390-2V, 390-4V, 427-4V, 428 Cobra Jet engines and C6 automatic transmissions. Ford part number C7ZZ-6A023-B. This reproduction rod is made from stainless steel and weighs slightly more than the original.

This one year only rod is correct for the 351 Cleveland 4V and is approximately 27". This rod originally had a light blue paint daub near the carburetor. It is a little longer than the 2V rod and connects to the carburetor at a slightly higher point.

This rod is correct for the 428 CJ / SCJ with a C6 and is approximately 28".

Good used original power steering lower hose bracket and retainer with a new reproduction insulator installed in place of the original crusty or missing insulator.This bracket is for cars with the big block routed power steering hoses.

The wand will be intact on this grade "A" driver side (left hand) remote mirror and the chrome will be free of pits. Notice the 1970 mirrors differ from 1969 in that the wand exits the door panel at a 90 degree angle. You may consider buying our grade "B" door over our grade "A" door if you are doing a high end restoration. Here is the reasoning; due to the design of the 69-70 door, silt is trapped in all of the door corners, these tight recesses always have silt collected in them and when you add moisture you get corrosion. Our grade "A" doors do not have noticeable blisters but since there is no paint or sound deadener in the depths of the corners we know there is some amount of corrosion taking place...

These fuel door Mercury crest emblems are a close to original reproduction. They are an economical alternative to brighten up the looks of the rear of your 1969 - 1970 Cougar. This crest was used on all models except the 1970 Eliminator. To remove your emblem we suggest grinding down the studs on the backside. To install the reproduction emblem you will need the 26120 trim clip.

This is a used fuel door insert we have cleaned up, painted the background black and installed a 1967-1969 headlight door walking cat emblem on. The original 1970 ELIMINATOR piece that this resembles had a smaller sized cat so this is not exactly correct for your original 1970 Eliminator.

This version of the emblem was actually used on early 70's full-size Mercurys, and is almost identical to the 1969-70 version used on Cougars. Faded but good used emblem with aluminum foil background. If you push on the swedged aluminum studs from the backside these will easily remove. The standard grill emblem with a walking cat uses the same stud configuration as XR7 so you can exchange emblems from one to another.

This is one of the smallest "Cougar" emblems ever put on a Mercury Cougar. Only the 70-73 two spoke cat and xr7-G shift handle Cougar was smaller. It is also the most delicate! Very unusual to find the tail and all limbs intact on this fragile little kitty. Silver spray paint will make this cat look new again, they did not have a chrome finish from the factory. Now that we have reproduced this emblem there is little incentive to purchase this over-priced used emblem.

For 1969 Mercury Cougars and Ford Mustangs with the 390 or 428CJ engine. This is a Pitts manufactured pulley and clutch. Pulley diameter 6-3/4", clutch diameter 6", and an overall thickness of 2-1/16 inches. Ford part # C9AA-2981-G.

This little emblem was used only on the two spoke steering wheels from 1969 - 1973. We can pretty much guarantee one if not both of the two mounting studs will be broken but because of the way it fits into the recess of the steering wheel pad, gluing it into place is not a problem. The tail will always be broken and probably at least one leg is missing on this grade B part. While not an exact fit our 3 spoke wheel emblem cat will fit on this black background.

New replacement J-nut or they are sometimes called U-nuts. These clip into those square holes in the fender aprons for fastening the fenders on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. These clips are 5/8 inches from the hole center to folded edge. We also see the same clips with 27/32 inch spacing for fender mounting. Numerous other uses, we find this clip on the hidden headlight buckets on 1967-68 Cougar and XR7's.

Stainless steel throttle pedal surround trim. Self attaching to part number C9ZZ-9735-A. This used part may have some wear, but will not have broken tabs. Fine steel wool really shines these up. In the Master Parts Catalog this part is called a cover, Ford part number C9OZ-9735-A. Not all Mustangs received this trim for the accelerator pedal, but it will attach, no problem. Cable length 22.83 inches long, identified by a plastic ball shaped end attached onto the pedal side of the cable. Must be used with a 1970 accelerator pedal shaft. This is an unbroken part. Notice there are two versions, one has plastic covering the cable and the other has an exposed cable.

Reproduction disc brake hose bolt for any 1968-73 Mercury Cougar and generally all other Ford cars with factory disc brakes. Special hollow bolt with cross drilled hole. Attaches the high pressure hose to the caliper.
