These are exact replacements for the 1964-68 Ford Mustang, but looks similar to the pans for the 1967-68 Mercury Cougar. These floor pans will also fit the 1969-73 Mustang, but the will requires modification to fit properly. 1969-70 cars have different ribbing configurations and 1971-73 cars can use these also. This is a heavy gauged stamped steel floor pan.
Will fit Convertible if upward facing rocker flange is modified.
*NOTE* This floor pan has the outside lip bent up which is proper for coupes. Convertibles were bent down. You can either bend it up or remove it and seam weld the pan to the rocker.
