These Tecumseh compressors came with a front oil fill plug up until 1967, thereafter, they have a top fill plug. Top fill is the most common, and likely what you will receive, unless you specify the 1967 style with front fill. These units are shipped without pulleys, clutches, or valves. The Tecumseh compressor is constructed mostly of steel and is heavier than the York unit by 10 pounds. The York compressors are less common too and are subject to availability.
