Grade B exhaust manifold heat shield for any 1970 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with 351C engine, 2V or 4V, it doesn't matter. Uses a separate, small diameter metal tube (part number D0OZ-9652-A) that attaches to the 1970 Cleveland air cleaner snorkel. Grade B used will have minor pitting, and may have small holes and or rough rusted edges. When mounted it would be difficult to see the defects. For us with Cougars without factory AC. The originals were made of cardboard and are very prone to failure from moisture. These are made from virgin ABS black plastic and are excellent quality in every respect. Not often does a reproduction come along that blows away OEM, but this definitely is that part.
