    Description

Restored three piece anodized aluminum rear moulding / trim set for the rear of the 67-68 Mercury Cougar. These pieces attach to the rear deck / trunk lid and the quarter extensions. New and used clips also available separately.

Ford part #: Driver side quarter extension moulding C7WY-6529313-A, passenger side C7WY-6529314-A, deck lid moulding C7WY-6542512-A.

If you select this option (paying a core charge), we will randomly select mouldings off the shelf. Paying the core charge does not mean you will get the best of the best, we just assume you don't have cores and will send pieces that possibly might not meet your standards. If you feel that you have nice cores, it would benefit you to send them in advance so that we can core match, which means you get better quality.

*NOTE* Keep in mind that we do give in-store credit for extra core trim and mouldings you may have laying around (from a Cougar of course).

These are an absolute must for a fresh repaint or if yours are looking 50yrs old! The finish is great and better then new. The bright dipped anodized will ensure these last for many many years without having to re-polish them. Be aware they will show refinish marks on the back side where any dings or damage may have been. I did end up swapping the aluminum deck lid trim with a stainless as a second thought. The guys at WCCC where great in making that switch happen after purchase! If you are a perfectionist and the hammer marks on the back side bug you I would suggest core matching if possible.

These pieces were the finishing touch to the rear end of my repainted Cougar. Considered refinishing my originals, which were in decent shape, but didn't see how I could get that done correctly for a comparable price. Fit and finish are very nice and the crew at WCCC have been great to work with.
