Used on the optional 68 Mercury Cougar styled steel wheel in the 14x6" size as well as the 1969 Eliminator, 68-69 Torino and Mustang. Master Parts Catalog description: 15-3/8" O.D., 12" I.D, 2" wide, brushed finish. These are easy to identify from the 1967 or 1969 - 1970 as they are the only ring with a brushed finish used on the SS wheels 1967-1970. WCCC is the only retailer offering these at present.
