    1969 and 1970 Cougar five spoke styled steel wheel trim ring. Master Part Catalog description: 15-7/8" Outer diameter, 11-15/16" Inner Diameter and 2" deep. This beauty ring will have slight blemishes that will not be very noticeable.  Note that the 1969 Eliminator was the exception and used the 1968 brushed finish trim ring.
