This rechromed grille has had any minor cracks / breaks repaired and has been replated. You will need to apply detail paint. If you are in question as to whether your grille can be restored, please send pictures prior to sending it to us for evaluation and we will let you know if you will receive partial or full core credit.
Ford part # C9WY-8200-A. The casting number as seen on the backside reads: C9WB-8A133
Like all of our rechromed parts, if you have exceptionally clean cores and have high standards you will want to send your cores in advance. When you do we will do what we call "core matching". If you send in parts with ZERO pits you will get back restored parts that had no pits prior to replating. If you pay the core charge and we send your parts out in advance of getting your cores, we just select a set randomly off the shelf as we assume you have average quality or no cores to return. If you must have the restored parts prior to sending your cores you should at least send us several detailed pictures of your cores prior to us sending out the restored parts.
