This is not a good reproduction. The material for the air distribution doors is not compressible enough, so the doors do not close fully. I expect there will be leakage through every door. When applied to the sides of the repro heater core, the seals were too stiff to allow installation of the lower frame, and I had to cut away some of the seal to install the lower frame. The seal for the heater box to fan box seems too soft to me - at least it is much softer than the original seal. This biggest problem is the seal for the heater box to the cowl air intake. It is only 1/2 inch thick. The original is a torus with a rectangular cross section that is 1 and 1/16 inches tall (thick) by 1/2 inch wide. So this repro seal is short by 9/16 inch. This would leave a gap between the top of the seal and the bottom of the cowl of up to 9/16 inch. I added some closed cell window weatherstrip to close the gap and make a solid seal to the cowl. Not a problem but inclusion of unneeded seals are the seals for the restrictor door. This door does not have nor need seals as it does not close against anything but a narrow stop on one side.

I thought this was a nice kit until I started to use the product. There were several pieces that do not even fit correctly. The gasket to the cowl was NOT even close. Really disappointed in this reproduction product.
