    The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned. 

    We do not retake pictures each time a used item sells. Pictures are a good indicator of what you will receive, but not all used parts age the same. On high dollar parts, email us and we can send a few pictures of the actual part available.

     If we use the word "Core" in the title of the product, the item has been deemed rebuildable, but has not been rebuilt.  The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned.

    Shaft or rod for air inlet damper door for any 1971-73 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with factory or integral air conditioning. The damper door allows re-circulating or fresh air to enter the fiber glass A/C box. Part cleaned for photograph, normally will ship 'as removed'. Inspected for damage or weakness of the metal. Shaft only, door not included, but available. Similar to the 1969-70 version, but does have a different bend on the end. See related parts. Additionally fits Maverick and other later Ford cars.

    Replaces Ford part number D0DZ-19C774-A.
