This is a complete kit for front and rear. If you own a 71 - 73 and then you will need two more bolts. mercurycougar.net: I was in Salem on business Monday when I decided to give West Coast Classic Cougar a call. Don was gone but Lin was there, talk about a nice guy I looked around the shop and Lin got me the parts I needed for my 68 Coupe. I am sure Lin was busy but he took the time to answer any questions I had, swapped a few stories and gave me a real good deal. I recommend anyone needing any Cougar parts to give them a call. Perfect Chrome Bumper Bolt Kit for my 1971 Cougar

Bumper Bolt Kit-Repro-67 to 70 Merc Cougar

Everything needed to reinstall your expensive, front & rear rechromed bumpers. I like that new crinkle washers were included, saves time scrounging around for used ones. Very affordable and saves you the hassle of buffing and thread-chasing the originals.

Perfect product. There is no way to put a rechrome bumper on without new stainless. The old wavy washers will have flattened out and you may have a rusted bolt or two that doesn’t want to come out as planned.

A good replacement kit, very affordable. The wavy washers require flattening before install. Chrome finish is much duller than my bumper's.
