California emissions 390 engines only. Uses 4 bolts for mounting the drive pulley, the 390 pump has three air ports on the reverse side. Ford part number C6AZ-9A486-E. *Consider these used pumps as cores. We cannot warranty these pumps to work like new.

B1967 California emissions low mount alternator bracket for the S code 390-4V engine. Ford casting number C6AE-10156-A, Ford part number C6AZ-10156-A. Screws onto the cylinder head smog tubes. All California emissions 1967 Cougars with 289 or 390 engines, and 1969 - 1970 Boss 302 Eliminators, all thermactor smog air tubes. Sold individually, two needed per application. Due to the difficulty in removing these valves, we sell them attached to the air supply tubes. These are aftermarket replacements and will look significantly different than the OEM factory installed valves. But they work.

New old stock, special molded California emissions rubber hose. Connects to the anti backfire valve, not sure where the other end attaches. About 12 inches long. Fits 1967 Mercury Cougar and Comet, and Ford Mustang and Fairlane, all with 390 thermactor smog.Ford part number C7OZ-9H534-B.

Application all 390-4V engines with and without air conditioning. 289-2V and 289-4V all with air conditioning. Pulley diameter is 5.95 inches 1967 smog pulleys are unique in that they have 4 mounting holes. Ford part number C6AZ-9B447-E, engineering number as seen on the front of the pulley is C6AE-9B447-E. *California DSO 52 and DSO 53 only.

Thermactor smog hose installation clamps. Fits all Ford and Mercury 1968 S code 390-4V or W code 427-4V engines sold in the US. Additionally fits 1968-70 428 Cobra Jet and Super Cobra Jet engines. Set of clamps, several bolts and spacer as shown. Include bolts for pump pulley, top bolt on pump for adjusting bracket, and pivot bolt and spacer for pump.

Fits most FE engine applications that used the air pump smog system in 1968 with manual transmission. We also have the ferrules / nuts and other hardware.

Mounts on the rear of the intake manifold, it must be a 1967 or possibly a 1966 "S" intake manifold. There are no mounting provisions on 1968 or later factory cast iron intake manifolds. This valve has two equal sized vacuum hose fittings in addition to the steel line going to an intake manifold vacuum source. Ford part number C6AZ-9B289-C. 1967 California emissions only.

These were installed at the factory on 390 / 427 / 428 equipped cars that were exported to countries that did not require the smog system. They are much shorter than the over the Ford counter service plugs you see in the states that are put on after one removes the smog system.

Application 1967 289 and 390 thermactor California emissions fresh air inlet assembly or Air pump filter assembly. Ford part # C7AF-9A492-A

Bolt that goes through the air pump mounting bracket. Pump rotates on this bolt. Bolt size 3/8"-16 x 4.25" long.

Application is for the FE engines 390, 427 428. This assembly is needed for the installation of the cylinder head air supply tubes. Sold as one nut / one ferrule. 8 total needed for smog tube attaching. Originally these were installed in conjunction with a lower tube.

This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. Sold individually, 8 total needed for smog installation. Application is 1967 - 1970 390, 427. 428CJ engines. In 1975 Ford started making these out of stainless steel.
