This product is an NOS Part.
NOS items are OEM parts from Ford that have been sitting on shelves or in warehouses for years. These are often great examples of the orignal parts, but they may have scratches or other shelf wear.
However be aware that some NOS parts are "service replacement" parts. "Service replacement" parts are not exact replacements of the parts that were installed at the factory, but are what Ford considered as "good enough" and were used at Ford dealerships after the original supply of parts was exhausted.

New Old Stock switch for the 1967 Mercury Cougars and Ford Mustangs that came with the 3/4" door jamb switch. This switch will be yellowed from age. Additionally, this switch for the 3/4 inch mounting hole was used on 1965-66 Full sized Ford such as Custom, 500, Galaxie, and XL models, full sized Mercury such as Monterey, S-55, Montclair, and Park Lane. 1965-67 Fairlane, 500, XL, Ranchero, and GT. 1965-67 Mercury Comet, 202, Capri, Caliente, and Cyclone. 1965-67 Ford Mustang, 1965-67 Ford Thunderbird, T-Bird, and Landau. 1965-67 Ford Falcon, Futura, Ranchero. 1965-67 Lincoln, Continental.
Please note that most of the plastic bodied, reproduction door jamb switch currently available are for the later model cars and have smaller female plug holes that will not work on a 67.

*Please measure your door jamb mounting hole, depending upon supplier or factory location, there also exists a 7/8 inch mounting hole which uses switch # SW-395. C3AZ-13713-B.
