This concours correct black vinyl top was installed in 2017 on my 1967 Cougar XR7 and looks as good as new 6 years later. The roof was completely replaced and then properly prepared for the application of this vinyl top. I contacted the original manufacture of this top and they recommended Raggtop products and that is what I apply every 3/4 months. I could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend this product.

Initially bought the cheaper option but upon viewing it ( not that it was terrible ) but then thought better of it and purchased this one. Thank goodness. What a difference in quality. Put it on my car on 7/16/14 and it looks tremendous. Thanks guys for at least giving us an option and letting ud know which one is truly the best.

    Question
    Greg Arko Asked:
Who do you source these vinyl tops from? How different are they from other brands out there?

    Answer
    WCCC Admin Answered:
These tops are from Kee Auto Tops. These are 100% correct. The other ones out there look good at 20 ft, but if you know what the originals looked like, you can tell the others are not correct.

Why am I being warned about potential exposure to chemicals in motor vehicle parts?

    • Some chemicals in motor vehicle parts are on the Proposition 65 list because they can cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
    • When purchasing USED or NOS items, we do not know if listed chemicals are present in these products.
    • This product is known to contain the following listed chemicals:
I bought my 69 Cougar in Jul of '09 as a retirement from the Army gift to myself. From day 1 it had intermittent heating problems that I tried to fix. I changed the radiator, thermostat, water pump, and added 2 12 in 1400 cfm electric cooling...
