    All the nuts, bolts, shims and washers needed to mount the bumper brackets to the frame and then the bumper to the bumper brackets.

    This kit includes foam looking washers to cover the bumper bolt holes. This is not technically correct. From the factory the originals would used a gooey tar based sealant that does not harden.
