My "restored" cougar I purchased had rattle that I located to the corner bumper support not attached to the frame rail. they had installed other new bolts. I also could not install the support. With these correct bolts with the lead in pilot diameter, the bolts were able to be installed after the normal prying. This WCCC bolt kit was the solution.
