    Little known fact: these aren't Phillips head screws, they are actually Pozi head / Pozi-Driv screws. While you can usually get a large Phillips screwdriver to work, the correct tool for these fasteners is a size 4 Pozi bit.

    These screws seem to fit properly and when tightened correctly the phillips head doesn't strip or wear.
