Midland boosters with power drum or power disc brakes and includes the grommet. The check valve diameter is 0.830" for a 13/16" hole and the hole in the Midland boosters is right at 1.040" in diameter.

Listed for Cougar, but I removed the one from my 67 mustang to test on the 68 ltd. Fit and functioned perfectly. I installed West Cost Classic Cougar's on the 67 mustang and it fit perfectly. The vacuum hose was a perfect fit too. 👌 All.you ford guys looking.for big block check valves now have a source for this hard to find part.
