West Coast Classic Cougar

Unlike our un-restored used door glass trim and are sold in pairs only. If you are doing a concours correct restoration then these would not be for you as they have been "over restored" to a mirror like finish. The down fall of having such a mirror like finish is they get finger prints on them every time you touch them. The good part is they look HOT! Very nice touch to that resto-mod that cannot get enough bling.When sending cores, they must be in good shape or an upgrade core fee will apply....

This is the sub-kit you would have received when you purchased a stainless steel service replacement deck moulding for your 1967 - 1970 Mercury Cougar. The original clips used with a 1967 - 1968 aluminum deck lid moulding would have been similar but would have had a plastic shell surounding the metal clip. Good used part with light pitting. This part would be suitable for a driver or a good candidate to have restored. Both studs will be intact.

Restored passenger side (right hand) quarter window moulding / trim for the XR7 Mercury Cougar. These are correct for the coupe only. Correctly restored and re-anodized.

Restored driver side (left hand) quarter window moulding / trim for the Mercury Cougar. These are correct for the coupe only. Correctly restored and re-anodized. 

This is the left hand or "Driver Side" 1/4 panel moulding. Some refer to this as a "Hockey Stick" or "J" moulding. It mounts at the base of the rear side windows and almost always needs to be replaced due to pitting or holes having been drilled in them to fasten these in place. Included with the moulding is super strength 3M double sided, trim tape. Original Mercury part number was C7WY-6529035-A. We have found that this 3M product works great for bonding these parts in place...

These are very correct looking reproductions and sold as a complete set. They do not come with the keepers that go on the backside of the grill, so you will be using common flat washers which actually work just fine. This is the stainless steel trim for the front of the boot that attaches to the upper, back side of the back seat in a 1971 to 1973 Cougar and Ford Mustang. This is a very hard part to come by in good shape.

Inner rectangular clip to hold on the rocker panel moulding on a 1967 or 1968 Ford Mustang or Mercury Cougar.
