This is a used coral with a new background decal and walking cat emblem. We ship the three parts unassembled so you can re-chrome the corral if you desire. Good used center with no crack, missing paint or broken mounting tabs. This was used on all 1969 Cougars with a three spoke wheel except the XR7.

Assembly required This high quality corral fits perfectly and the chrome plating is well beyond what Ford originally did. The mounting studs are placed in the exact position as original. This adhesive plaque was placed in front of the shifter on XR7-G models with a factory installed four speed manual transmission. The XR7-G shift knob had a walking Cat on the face of the knob instead of a shift pattern.

This reproduction stainless steel standard drum brake line kit for Mercury Cougars and Ford Mustangs equipped with the 9 inch rear end and 28 spline axles is bent and dropshipped from the supplier when it is ordered. It is available in OE steel or stainless. These kits include all of the steel lines that run from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinders, but it does not include the flex tubes that connect to the caliper.

Rare Cougar only GT emblems. The Mustang GT emblems had different stud locations. These were used on 1968 Mercury Cougar GT models.  This emblem shares the exact same pin locations with the 1968 6.5Litre emblem, so the factory could punch holes and installed the tubular nuts in the fenders of all S and X code Cougars, allowing either emblem to be installed. Found on the C pillars of a 1971 - 1973 Mercury Cougar XR7 Coupe. We rarely get good used examples of these emblems as they are always badly faded. These mount on the lower part of the roof behind the quarter windows. This part of the roof is also known as the 'C' pillar.

This is the correct emblem that came in the center of the hood moulding on a 1973 XR7 model Mercury Cougar. The price is absolutely ridiculous, I agree. Years ago when they sold for $250 I thought THAT was insane! Replaces Ford part # D3WY-16637-B.

After waiting several months, these reproduction 1967 - 1968 Mercury Cougar Deck Lock (Trunk Lock) covers are now finished! The reproduction chrome cover shown here sports a very rare original Ford, NOS XR7 decal. The NOS decal is different from our reproduction in three subtle areas. First the number "7" is a darker, richer color, second the decal fills the recessed area better and third the detail in the black area is a little different than our reproductions. The later run XR7-G emblems we offer are really quite nice, but they are all just a tad smaller than originals. This is almost impossible to detect unless you have a reference point. The lock cover does in fact provide a reference point in that if you use a new emblem you will have a noticeable gap around the perimeter of the emblem.
