Gauge Faces

This dummy plate filler is used on the dummy plate and the lens attaches to the front. This filler piece will be needed when doing the tach conversion. The filler piece will come with the three mounting clips. Lens sold separately.

New clear plastic lens or face plate for the heater control on all 1969-70 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. These are constructed with the bend on the top to refract the light for illumination. *Tip for removal of your old lens. We have found it easiest to use a dremmel or other type of small cutoff wheel to carefully grind away the factory crimps. Use your safety glasses!

Good reproduction of a very sought after part. Correct thickness, comes with correct green marker needle. If your current lens is foggy it will not buff out as the problem is internal, not on the surface of the lens. We have been waiting a long time for this one! NOS lens for the Standard model Cougar optional clock. Not the same as XR7, this clock is would be located in the gauge panel on the driver side instrument cluster. Nice quality, NOS, not polished lenses. Fits 1969-70 Mercury Cougar Standard, body style 65A, 65C, and 76A. Made by Borg Co., which originally made these lenses for Cougars.  *Note - excludes XR7 and Eliminator.
