Good reproduction of a very sought after part. Correct thickness, comes with correct green marker needle. If your current lens is foggy it will not buff out as the problem is internal, not on the surface of the lens. We have been waiting a long time for this one!

To remove the clock knob pull the knob out and apply painters tape to the shaft.  Now grip the shaft with a pair of needle nose vise grips.  Also put a couple loops of painter tape around the knob.  Grip the knob gently with a pair of pliers and unscrew the knob.  Now the lens will easily be removed from the clock.

*NOTE* When you hold this lens up and peer through it you will notice minor distortions and blemishes in the lens. This is caused by improper (or lack of) polishing of the mold, we are hoping the manufacturer will address this on the second run and we will update you in the future. Even though these reproductions show minor imperfections, once installed you will be hard pressed to detect them. This is far superior to any used lens we have seen in the last 20 years.
