Item is the lower half only of the air conditioning plenum from a 1969 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This would be the version found at the beginning and most of 1969. Fits any model that used the banded Midland-Ross booster. This Bakelite hub can be seen when you remove the dust boot. It is a very brittle fragile part that gets broken when you drop the booster, attempt to bleed the brakes with the engine running or install the wrong brake pedal.
