Description

This actually is a pretty impressive part once installed. It fits snug (very tight) over your existing cracked dash and you affix it by putting silicone around the perimeter. Unlike the 67-70 there is no stitched edge or speaker holes in the 71-3 so it is a perfect candidate for this cover. The good thing about this unit is that your dash pad can have large chunks missing and it still will work! You can install this without removing the dash and it is very hard to detect once in place. Made of durable plastic with correct texture. This dash can be painted, we recommend SEM brand plastic and vinyl paint.

DASH OVERLAY REPAIR KIT

This item was much better than I would have imagined. It fit snigger over my original dash pad. Once the glue was applied to the overlay it attached perfectly to the dash pad. I'm very impressed with this product. I should have bought this overlay before having the dash pad redone years ago.

Looks good installed and the car doors closed - the door sides are hard to pull in tight and make look right - a craftsman will notice the cover-up.

I am very pleased with the dash cover-when the top is positioned correctly,the front by the a/c register won't lay down. overall very nice.
