    1 Cougar Applications

    Description

This D3ZZ-17830 rubber strip is actually intended for a 1973 Ford Mustang rear bumper but properly modified they do work nicely on a 1973 Cougar front bumper that requires impact strips. These are "substitute" parts and will involve bending them to the contour of your bumper, trimming them on one end and drilling three holes in your bumper. If you don't like the idea of drilling extra holes in your bumper, removing three studs per side from the strips and using sheet metal screws to install from the back works just as well. Sold individually, two required per car, replaces Ford part numbers D3WY-17K834-A and D3WY-17K833-A.
