    This is a good quality replacement hose for a 1967 Mustang or Cougar with a 289.  The reason we give this the economy title is that from the factory this would have been a two-piece hose with separate upper and lower sections.  This is actually not a bad way to go because it is one less union to leak being one piece.  Keep in mind many 1967 cars have been upgraded from the 1/4" fitting at the control valve to the 1968 version with a 5/16" fitting.
