    This little rubber part attaches to the top, flat part of your center grille and keeps a small gap between the two panels to prevent paint chips. This is actually an ash tray bumper but it is a decent substitute (a little smaller than the original) for the center grille bumper.

    The originals had a flat top as opposed to this bumper which has a rounded top. You can find the flat topped version here.
