Reproduction halogen headlight conversion kit. Included in this kit are the four halogen headlight bulbs (2 high and 2 low) and the full relay kit, which is needed when installing halogen bulbs on your 67 - 68 Cougar. The 55 Watt Xenon Halogen H4/9003 bulbs included in this kit are "cool white" which have a bit of a blueish tint, like you see on modern cars. This is a complete set of four used headlight bulbs, marked with the FoMoCo logo. These sets come with two high beam and two low beam bulbs. Each bulb is tested by the electrical department. Good used pair of taillights that includes two average grade "B" bezels and two used grade "B" lenses with backing plates. No obvious cracks in the lenses but there will be stress cracks that will only be found under close inspection. The bezels will have good chrome with no obvious defects but the paint will need attention. This is a good saving over buying the four or six parts individually. This reproduction emergency / parking brake idler bracket welds to the under side of the floor on the driver side (left hand) of the vehicle and has the factory spec pin.

This clip looks just like the larger quarter extension moulding / trim moulding clip, but is smaller (as our comparison picture shows). One clip per side is used to attach the tail end (smaller end) of the moulding / trim to the extension. Good used brace that may be lightly rusted but not ripped, but will almost always show minor repairs. This part was straightened in a vise prior to taking this picture. At this price we do not sell mangled junk, but after 40 years it is rare to find one that has never been bumped. C5ZZ-7610962-A Ford description of this plate is "Plate - Front floor lower cross member". All 1967-73 Cougar convertibles and all 1965-73 Ford Mustang convertibles use this plate. Bolts into place with 6 hex bolts 3/8-16 x 1-1/8" with washers. These were painted satin black from the factory. As you look at our picture below you will see the repro is about half the thickness. The repro is different in every detail but will work. We also have used plates with minor damage at a reduced cost.

Most often the problem with our Grade "B" deck / trunk lids is rust under the lip. We have some "B" rated deck / trunk lids with dents on the top side and no rust, so call 503-463-1130 if you have a preference. We do not sell "rotted out" deck / trunk lids. Lightly used intake manifold cast aluminum 427-4V medium riser. Blue Thunder casting 427MR-4V. Has the oil fill tube in front, dual plane, and the road draft provision in the back.
