Hard to find pair. This letter series would have been issued in 1968-1969.
This particular pair could use a bit of restoring to get back to perfect condition, but they are in good shape and will not have any extra holes like the grade B plates do.

"Due to programming limitations, a license plate that still has a record on the database cannot be reassigned.
