We all know things won't go perfect every time. It's how someone handles a problem when one arises that determines who I want to work with. The valance on my car was intact but would require a lot of labor hours to make it useable so based on the description for this part I ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, the part that arrived was missing mounting tabs on one side. This wasn't discovered until over 30 days later. When I called Don and explained the problem to him, his response was simple and to the point. Send the part back for a full refund. Don's response to the problem I had was outstanding. As I work toward completing my car, I'll definitely be purchasing more parts from him.
