This product is an NOS Part.
NOS items are OEM parts from Ford that have been sitting on shelves or in warehouses for years. These are often great examples of the orignal parts, but they may have scratches or other shelf wear.
However be aware that some NOS parts are "service replacement" parts. "Service replacement" parts are not exact replacements of the parts that were installed at the factory, but are what Ford considered as "good enough" and were used at Ford dealerships after the original supply of parts was exhausted.

This kit was sold by Ford Service Departments back in the day for those who were tired of their manual drum brakes. This kit includes all you will need to convert your six cylinder Mustang or V8 Cougar / Mustang from manual to power drum brakes. Technically it is correct only for a 1968 but will work on any year 67-70. The conversion carries a Ford part number of C8ZZ-2A091-A. Ford was generous and gave you both a manual transmission and a automatic transmission brake pedal in the kit. When you purchase this kit from us please let us know whether you have a manual or AT transmission and we will include the correct pedal for your application and sell the remaining pedal to another customer. Even though this has been on the shelf for many years we have had very good luck with NOS boosters and we will stand behind the booster for 3 years.
