This is a used grade "B" under dash wire harness used on early 69 XR7's without A/C. If you have a blue printed circuit board in your XR7 or Eliminator, this is the unit you will need. The very late production harness had a red printed circuit board that used a white plug. The majority of 1969 XR7's will have this blue printed circuit board. Grade B harnesses are inspected and will have a repairs that will have obvious professionally made repairs.
The approximate build date change was 3-3-69 for early vs. late as per the Master Parts Catalog.
