Wouldn't recommend if wanting for the cup holders

    Pros:
    • Good Construction
    Cons:
    • Poor Dimmensions
    • Price
I had wanted this for a while and was given it as a gift. It looks good in the car and fits well between the seats, but the 'cup holders' are unusable. The whole reason I wanted this was the cup holders, so I wouldn't recommend buying this. There is a small one that only fits a soda can and a larger one with a small sized bottom that will only fit a medium sized paper 'to-go' cup. I have 3 different brands of insulated mugs that are all available at big box stores and none of them fit in the cup holders. The small one is too small and the equally small base of the larger one causes the cup to tip. The OD of the cups is 2-7/8” while the ID of the holders is 2-23/32", just over an 1/8” too small.
Also, like everything else right now, the price on this item has skyrocketed. About a year ago this was $105. It's now over $160!

I bought my 69 Cougar in Jul of '09 as a retirement from the Army gift to myself. From day 1 it had intermittent heating problems that I tried to fix. I changed the radiator, thermostat, water pump, and added 2 12 in 1400 cfm electric cooling...

WCCC hooked me up with an original glove box cable and the correct screws WITH shoulders for my glove box. Their listing for these screws explains that the original screws have a shoulder for the cable and most people put in the wrong screws--which...

I have been a cougar owner for just shy of 30 years, I have been dealing with part problems for a very long time. The people at WCCC have always be honest, and overly helpfull. I now have a 1970 XR-7 mostly rebuilt, and my son has a 1968 base...
