This is an exact replacement for a 1970 remote sport mirror. Nearly indistinguishable from a 1968. Obviously a larger ball and longer than found on 1969, 1971-73 remote mirrors. This is a used fuel door insert we have cleaned up, painted the background black and installed a 1967-1969 headlight door walking cat emblem on. The original 1970 ELIMINATOR piece that this resembles had a smaller sized cat so this is not exactly correct for your original 1970 Eliminator.

Stainless steel throttle pedal surround trim. Self attaching to part number C9ZZ-9735-A. This used part may have some wear, but will not have broken tabs. Fine steel wool really shines these up. In the Master Parts Catalog this part is called a cover, Ford part number C9OZ-9735-A. Not all Mustangs received this trim for the accelerator pedal, but it will attach, no problem. Cable length 22.83 inches long, identified by a plastic ball shaped end attached onto the pedal side of the cable. Must be used with a 1970 accelerator pedal shaft. This is an unbroken part. Notice there are two versions, one has plastic covering the cable and the other has an exposed cable.

351C VALVCOVER Ford engine blue painted valve cover with "Powered by Ford" embossed in the metal. Correct on 1970-1973 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 351C engines. New replacement J-nut or they are sometimes called U-nuts. These clip into those square holes in the fender aprons for fastening the fenders on 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs. These clips are 5/8 inches from the hole center to folded edge. We also see the same clips with 27/32 inch spacing for fender mounting. Numerous other uses, we find this clip on the hidden headlight buckets on 1967-68 Cougar and XR7's.

Original used female half of the factory air conditioning coupler for all 1967-73 liquid line or sight glass hoses. Brass construction, includes the plunger and spring. Also sold as a two piece kit which includes the male and female components. Replaces Ford part number C1SZ-19B596-A.

This is used on cars equipped with factory A/C to stop the flow of warm coolant when the A/C is on. Not an exact replacement, but it will work just fine. Replaces Ford part #: D4AZ-18495-A.

These are used hose clamps that have a tab and fold over on them selves. These were dipped in a rubber like substance to prevent chaffing. The ones that we have available do have some cracking or damage to this coating. It should be easy to 'dip' them again with the product that is available in most hardware stores. We normally see 2 of these clamps, or straps bundling the hoses on most cars. These clamps should fit a variety of different Ford and Mercury products, not just Mustang and Cougar....

There are 2 manufacturers of these hoses and many places will call them a "concours" hose. Neither manufacturer make an exact replica of the original sight glass hose. The finish of the hose does not match, but the most obvious difference is that the sight glass itself has a hexagon shape instead of a square shape. If you would prefer a good used original, give us a call, we can usually dig one up for you.
