    Description

These four original hinges have been rebuilt with steel sleeves to retain the over-sized oil impregnated bushings. They feature hollow hinge pins which allows grease to fill the steel tube, lubricating the bushings under pressure from the inside-out. The threaded Zerk fittings are easily accessible from inside the car when the door is opened and are guaranteed to NEVER wear out or we will rebuild them for FREE! This offer has been in place for 20+ years by our rebuilder and they have never been asked to rebuild a single hinge. This method of rebuild forever eliminates door rattles and sagging doors and has much tighter tolerances than a brand new or NOS hinge. ZERO PLAY in these super duty hinges means that you will not ever be adjusting your hinges once they are correctly in place. Perhaps the best advantage to this type of rebuild is that we are willing to accept your "hogged out" hinges that are not able to be rebuilt in the conventional manner.

    Pros:
    • Perfect fit and greasable
    • sturdy
    Cons:
Great rebuilt hinges. I bought the whole set and they are perfect. Since they are rebuilt originals, they fit perfectly. I love how they can be greased with the zerk fittings. Solid construction and I can tell these will last a lifetime. Great addition to my 69 Cougar. Will never have to worry about sagging doors again.
