This very rare part is unique to the 1970 - 1971 CJ and SCJ C6. There was no 390 option in 1970 - 71. Sales were down on the CJ equipped Cougars in 70-71 making this one very hard part to obtain. We have determined that this part only fits Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Torino and mid sized Ford/Mercury use a different numbered part. Marked D0ZP-D. Ford Part #: D0ZZ-7A256-D. *NOTE - These knobs are NOT in the original Ford packaging, they were bought in bulk from a supplier who did not provide packaging. This style of knob was used on almost all Ford products starting in 1968 and continuing on through the late 1970's. The latest renditions in reproduction form are actually pretty good but for the purist these make a nice touch. Paste the part number into the Ebay search box and sometimes you can get lucky and get a pair for under $30. Limited supply, original...
