Description

Thermostat water neck or 'Connection - Water Outlet' as it is called in the Ford manuals. Fits 1970-73 351C or 351 Cleveland engines as found in 1970-73 Mercury Cougars and most all other Fords with the 351C engine. Cast aluminum housing.
*Note - original water necks were cast iron, this is cast aluminum.

Using in a different application

Needed a "straight up" thermostat housing for the 385 series based 545 stroker in my drag car. Standard replacements are cast iron, so this saved a lot of weight. Great fit and finish.

Arrived on time , good packaging, it.fits, looks good with new hoses,
should not rust out like the old one.
