    The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned. 

    We do not retake pictures each time a used item sells. Pictures are a good indicator of what you will receive, but not all used parts age the same. On high dollar parts, email us and we can send a few pictures of the actual part available.

     If we use the word "Core" in the title of the product, the item has been deemed rebuildable, but has not been rebuilt.  The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned.

    C8AF-9600-C Standard air cleaner base for all 1968 289-2V (C code), 302-2V (F code), 302-4V (J code), and 390-2V (X code). This is for a closed emissions system (IMCO), that included an oil cap with a fitting going to the air cleaner base and a PCV valve in the passenger side valve cover. About 17.84" inches in diameter. Identified with round nuts welded on the inside for mounting the air cleaner snorkel. Otherwise the same as C8AF-9600-G. Ford part number C8AZ-9600-D.
    *Note - Canada did not require emissions in 1968, and Ford generally installed the open emissions style 1967 air cleaners.
