     If we use the word "Core" in the title of the product, the item has been deemed rebuildable, but has not been rebuilt.  The item you receive, in most circumstances, will be pulled from the donor car and shipped to you without being cleaned.

    Hard to find little detail item that is often times missing. Correct for Ford Mustang as well. According to the 1968 Cougar Electrical Assembly Manual on page #57, the cowl ground strap is called the "Strap Radio Receiver Hood Bonding."

    Ford part # C5AA-18870-A, the screw carries a part # of 380923.
