If you find that this tube has too small of fittings for your OEM 4150 / 4160 Holley carburetor than what has happened is that someone has replaced your transfer tube and fittings with one of the after-market kits available at speed shops. This is the ONLY correct transfer tube for a Cougar equipped with a Holley from 1967 - 1970. Replaces Ford part # C9AZ-9H576-A.

This clip attaches by the driver's side front of the fuel tank opening, and holds the fuel line in place near the sending unit. Used on late 1967 to 1968 cars with the 3/8" fuel line. Early 1967 cars had smaller 5/16" fuel line and different routing (through the transmission tunnel) and did not use this part. The reproduction clip for this application has a different appearance, so we wanted to make these used originals available.

Used grade "B" tinted rear window glass for the Mercury Cougar coupe that features the "Sun-X" green tint. This unit has multiple fine scratches and water spots and is good for driver or something to "just plug the hole." It is almost impossible to remove even fine scratches from tempered glass. Quality reproduction GREEN TINTED rear window glass that unfortunately does not have original "Carlite" markings or date code. This glass does not have the faint Car-Lite markings in the corner but rather very bold, large SAFETY GLASS in raised letters that cannot be removed without special equipment. This used bracket kit is what is needed to mount the headlight vacuum storage tank inside the front of the driver side front fender. This kit differs from the 1970 kit only in the slightly different design of fasteners used.

This is the dual port version used on UNITS BUILT PRIOR TO MAY 17, 1967. There was also a single port version in the later part of 1967. These dual port units always leak at the port fitting (easily sealed with epoxy) and the one way check valve never functions properly. Our Western grade A tanks are rust free. This hard plastic black cover, or shield, attaches just below the radiator and protects the headlight vacuum hoses that attach to the left and right headlight door actuators. Linkage arm that attaches to the windshield wiper motor that is unique to the 67 - 68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. These are marked 7Z, among other things the slot is specifically indexed for the 67 - 68 Cougar and Mustang application. This is basically an installation kit that includes: linkage arm, flat bushing, wave washer, and nut. The order of installation is flat bushing, wave washer, linkage arm, and lastly the nut.

If your Cougar came from a region that uses road salt your buckets are probably rusted in the corners or worse. This used original, color coded set of vacuum hoses is 100% complete and relatively pliable. It comes complete with decades of dirt and grime (patina) for no extra charge. If you want to remove the grime it will take some serious elbow grease but it can be done.
