If you have a '68 or '69 Cougar or Mustang, check the driver seat back attachment for the recall / campaign fix. There should be a heavy bracket secured by a bolt over the seat back attachment. This dealer option was installed for people who were not comfortable with the height of their seats. This same kit was used on many intermediate Ford Products from 1965-1970.
