Reproduction flexible duct end that was originally stapled to the passenger side fresh air duct, found behind the passenger side dash panel of all 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs without air conditioning. Used upper shock mount cross member for H code 351-2V Cougars from 1971-73 and Ford Mustang. We think. Likely non competition suspension cars, too, with  the 351C-4V engines. This aluminum backed, tar sound deadener with adhesive is approximately 1/16 of an inch thick and works well behind door panels, at the firewall and under the headliner as a sound, heat and vapor barrier. Carburetor choke pull off for most 2V and 4V Autolite or Motorcraft carburetors 1958-74. Diaphragm with a hook on it, to 'pull off' the choke. This dealer installed kit was designed to fit many FoMoCo products. These were most commonly mounted on the driver side rear panel. They were taller than the standard antenna so mounting them on the driver side would protect them from low lying branches and other obstructions that more often come in contact with the passenger side of the car. When it's time to replace your old decaying foam seal, go with our reproduction weatherstrip retainer foam roll with peel off adhesive. We suggest using white lithium grease or petroleum jelly to ensure the seal will not stick to the shift lever. Fits 1969-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang, additionally it also fits 1971+ Maverick and Comet with floor shift automatic only.  If you have any side-to-side play in the shifter, this seal will not last.
