This used original, color coded set of vacuum hoses is 100% complete and relatively pliable. It comes complete with decades of dirt and grime (patina) for no extra charge. Attaching screws for the headlamp adjusting screws for the 1967-70 Mercury Cougar and most other Ford and Mercury cars and trucks. Each of the headlamp adjusting screws uses 2 of these screws. A Cougar with 4 headlights would need a total of 16 of these screws.

1970 Mercury Cougar hideaway headlight vacuum tank installation brackets (pair) with fasteners. Two different styles of installation brackets for the 1970 vacuum tank found inside the driver side fender. These are tall brackets, the other style utilized 1967 brackets with round spacers.

All parts needed are included to mount your 1970 vacuum storage tank to the core support (backside) under the driver fender. Solid, good original parts found on a Western donor Cougar. Includes short brackets with correct clips, 4 spacers, 4 long bolts with washers, and 4 shorter hex bolts. Typically this kit was used for installing the vacuum tanks until Nov 1969, it is much more convenient to use the more common later kit for the 1970 tank installation.

This is a tested original FoMoCo headlight switch that will work, there is no warranty. The primary reason we list these old used switches is that some people are missing their switch altogether and need the beveled cup shaped spacer that mates to the dash. As pointed out in our listing for the reproduction headlight switch, the spacer is not included with our new units. Ford part # D0WB-11652.

Contrary to what you might think at first glance, the support rods used in 1969 - 1970 Cougar headliners are not the same front to back. Each of the rods is bowed to a different curve. To replace a headliner and make it look right, you must keep the rods in the same order as they came out of the original headliner. 5 Rods total. Once installed in the car, each rod should be about the same distance from the roof as the other rods. WCCC marks the bows with a sharpie pen, 1 hash mark, 2 hash...
